Video Downloader iWoopie Lite, or just iWoopie for short, is an app that lets users download videos from Dailymotion or Youtube and save them directly on their device. This is great for us iPod touch owners, as we can now save Youtube vids to show people later. The idea of the app is great, and it does exactly what it says. It's execution, though, leaves a little to be desired.

First off, notice in the screenshots how the device's status bar overlaps the app screen. This is highly annoying when trying to search, as it takes multiple presses to even start the search. The next annoyance comes when you submit the search when after the first seven or eight results, you start getting a bunch of "no-title" matches, and matches that are not relevant to your search. Even after all that, you still get videos that are unplayable. Going to the developer's site for help isn't much good, as the site is in Japanese.
This is a great app with many flaws. I would challenge an American developer to come up with something similar with a better overall design. More relevant search results, signing in to accounts, and more sites would definitely be welcome. I will reccomend iWoopie until something better comes along, but I cannot give it a good score because of its many shortcomings. I will give iWoopie a 3 out of 10.
